Hand-gathered in May, this spring crop has a bright floral character with an undercurrent of rich buttercream and peaches. Nowadays, the majority of teas sold as \"milk oolong\" are actually artificial blends, produced by spraying cheaper cultivars with artificial \"milk\" flavoring chemicals.
